Jeopardy! Tournament of the Champions has been firing from all cylinders, with countless power shifts that have changed the trajectory of the competition.
Things took quite the turn on Friday with an episode that some fans felt was “weird” and “unpredictable,” depending on who you ask.
Brian Henegar, Josh Saak, and Stephen Webb faced off as the game went in various directions in a short time before one of them was crowned the winner.
Webb was nixed from the competition ahead of the final clue due to “flirting with negative amounts,” as host Ken Jennings put it.
It was not a good game for Webb.
One fan on the show’s Subreddit felt that the board “wasn’t too much in favor to the contestants.”
Webb’s performance stunned many fans
The fan affirmed that Webb is a “good player,” and they “felt bad that he ended up in the red.

Kevin Bacon has said that he would love to star in a sequel to cult western horror movie Tremors.
The actor played lead character Valentine 'Val' McKee in the 1990 original, but did not star in any of its direct-to-video follow-ups or TV spinoff.
Asked which of his past movies would benefit from modern special effects, Bacon told Metro: "Definitely Tremors but part of what's great about that movie is there are next to no digital effects.
"The monsters are done with puppetry, and it's still odd, funny and scary - it's a cool accomplishment.
"I'd love to do something else with Tremors and revisit the character 25 years later."
Sequel Tremors 2: Aftershocks was released in 1996, followed by Tremors 3: Back to Perfection (2001), Tremors 4: The Legend Begins (2004) and the 13-episode Sci-Fi Channel show Tremors (2003).
A fifth direct-to-video movie Tremors 5: Bloodline is due for release later this year, but will also not star Bacon.

'Gogglebox' star Chris Steed vomited outside Buckingham Palace. The 43-year-old Brighton-based hairdresser - who is a regular on the show along with pal Stephen Webb, 38 - admitted they frequently get ''over-excited'' when they are invited to fancy celebrity parties, which once resulted in him throwing up outside the Queen's home. Stephen confessed: ''We got so drunk at one our driver had to pull over outside Buckingham Palace for Chris to throw up.'' However, the pair say they have grown tired of drinking excessively at the parties, as ''free bubbly'' is commonplace for them nowadays. Stephen added to Woman's Own magazine: ''We used to...
