As a manager in the entertainment field, business consultant and lifelong learner, Victoria's 25 years of experience achieves powerful results for her clients by providing guidance, mentoring and coaching.
Victoria has also handled TV sales programming under TV Veteran Producer Ernest Cartwright, and for Byron Allen of CF Entertainment. Victoria's casting background also includes being mentored by two top Casting Directors from Universal Pictures where she learned the process of casting for TV, film and commercials. She was an Executive Producer for "Showrunner" directed by Gaius Charles (Friday Night Lights & Grey's Anatomy) and produced by Michelle Ebony Hardy, also starring Dedee Pfeiffer.
Past projects included development of a cartoon, pitching treatments and representing Syncmasters, a company that writes and produces film clips and audio clips, who created music for Oprah's TV show. Victoria served as an Associate Producer on August Wilson's Theatrical production, "Jitney," winner of two 2007 Ovation Awards for Producers and Ensemble Cast.
While the music industry is a bit in the past, Victoria's roster has included Carl Stephenson Multi-Platinum Producer for "Beck," Rajah, the singer/songwriter opened for Toto with Sony Europe record deal, "the Independents" licensing through Cleopatra Records for AFI; and "Gabriela," Brazilian artist recording 6 tracks with Dr. Dre's camp, that opened the 2002 Police and Fire Games. Victoria and her business partner Brandon Kjar signed Marva King, Singer, and Actress for "Prince." Victoria has consulted with Carman, fifteen Gold Records in the Contemporary /Gospel field.
With Victoria's guidance, past clients Chris Cory and Joey D. Vieira, (The Patriot, Ferris Buellers Day Off, Voice Over for Disney Pixar "Cars"), had success on the festival circuit. Joey received the Pioneer Award at the Moondance Film Festival. Chris Cory, an Independent Producer, Chris's short "Diva Dog" was accepted at The Woods Hole Film Festival in Cape Cod. Victoria's other client, Scott Taylor (Writer), had his script "Elah" acquired by Pure Flix Entertainment.
Athletes on her roster included UFC's MMA fighters Jimmy Smith (Star on Discovery's Fight Quest) and half Korean half Caucasian, Jinh Yu Frey. Jinh is also an inspiring actress. Jimmy worked his way up from being analyst for Bellator Fighting Championships on Fox Sports, Host on American Ninja Warrior, and then UFC Color Commentator. Other champions include former Barefoot Kicker for the Los Angeles Rams Mike Lansford, Scot Mendelson World's Strongest Man, and Bear's Tight End Coach Clancy Barone.
Along with her literary partner Andrew Frances, they were successful in selling their clients (Ron Stallworth) book The BlackKklansman to Uni/Focus, and was later developed into a major motion picture, by the same name, directed by Spike Lee.
Rick Karatas, Writer Producer has invited Victoria onto his script project as a Producer for Charlie's Dream. The film has attachments of John Schneider, and Riker Lynch. Joely Fisher is looking forward to being attached on as Director.
Victoria has represented worldwide inspirational speaker, Evangelist, Author and Pastor Dr. Ron Archer, as well as, Author, film-maker, civil rights leader and champion survivor from domestic minor sex-trafficking, Dr. Brook Bello. She is the CEO and Founder of More Too Life(TM), an organization devoted to advancing victims of all forms of human trafficking and sexual violence. Dr. Ron Archer's book What Belief Can Do is being adapted into a major motion picture.
