The series will be a prequel to the two Stephen King-based It movies from Andy Muschietti.
Andy Muschietti and Barbara Muschietti and Jason Fuchs are on board the Pennywise prequel project from Warner Bros. Television, with Muschietti set to direct several episodes.
Taylour Paige (Zola), Jovan Adepo (“Watchmen”), Chris Chalk (“Perry Mason”), James Remar (Oppenheimer), Madeleine Stowe (Revenge) and Stephen Rider (Daredevil) star.

Warning: This contains Major Spoilers for Our Flag Means Death season 2.
The tagline of Our Flag Means Death warned us to “prepare to have your ship wrecked”, but it didn’t prepare fans for the utter carnage and heartbreak of the season two finale.
While Blackbeard’s new career as a fisherman was thankfully short lived, he returned to discover the Republic of Pirates decimated by Prince Ricky and the navy, who had wiped out Zheng Yi Sao’s entire fleet, commandeered Spanish Jackie’s bar and imprisoned the crew of The Revenge ready for execution.
But no sooner had Stede (Rhys Darby) and Ed (Taika Waititi) got the swashbuckling romantic reunion of their dreams, and alongside Zheng Yi Sao come up with a perilous plan to defeat Prince Ricky’s naval fleet, we got the biggest plot gut punch of Our Flag Means Death yet: Blackbeard’s lovably foul-mouthed...

[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers for Our Flag Means Death, Season 2, Episodes 1-3.] It doesn’t take more than a single second to recognize Kate Bush‘s haunting and heartbreaking tune “This Woman’s Work,” as Blackbeard, a.k.a. Ed (Taika Waititi), is pushed from a clifftop to plunge into the ocean’s depths below in Our Flag Means Death‘s Season 2 installment, “The Innkeeper.” But how did the pirate heartbroken over Stede Bonnet (Rhys Darby) wind up in this position? It’s a delicate and winding path that starts with the infamous pirate’s unraveling over the course of the latest season’s first two episodes. Believing Stede intentionally abandoned him after planning to run away together at the end of Season 1, Blackbeard embraces the version of himself so many have conjured up in their minds as he leads the Revenge’s “new” crew to pillage and plunder on the high seas. His unhinged...

The Max series Welcome to Derry, which will serve as a prequel to Warner Bros’ two-part adaptation of the classic Stephen King novel It (pick up a copy Here), is now a couple weeks into production, with It and It: Chapter Two director Andy Muschietti on board to direct multiple episodes of the show, including the first episode. Now fans have been able confirm that the show is going to be filmed in Port Hope, Ontario, just like the two movies were – and they have pictures to prove it! Port Hope has once again been transformed into Derry, Maine, and images of the transformation can be seen in the Twitter embeds at the bottom of this article. (With thanks to reader Trevor for pointing these out to us.)
Brad Caleb Kane (Tokyo Vice) and Jason Fuchs (Wonder Woman), who was a co-producer on It: Chapter Two, are the showrunners on Welcome to Derry.

Exclusive: Here’s the striking first official image of Kate Winslet as Lee Miller in feature Lee.
The image, shot during filming on location in Croatia, shows Oscar winner Winslet as the pioneering American photographer who covered WWII in Europe for British Vogue.
Filming is ongoing on the directorial debut of respected cinematographer Ellen Kuras (Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind).
The film is not being called a biopic by Winslet and the producers, but it does explore the most significant decade of Lee Miller’s life. As a middle-aged woman, she refused to be remembered as a model and male artists’ muse and defied expectations by travelling to Europe to report from the frontline. There, in part as a reaction to her own well-hidden trauma, she used her Rolleiflex camera to give a voice to the voiceless. What Lee captured on film in Dachau and throughout Europe was shocking and horrific.

The second episode of Don Mancini’s “Chucky” Season 2 aired on both USA and Syfy last night, and once again Syfy has uploaded the complete episode to YouTube for free.
In Season 2 Episode 2, Jake Wheeler (Zackary Arthur), Devon Evans (Bjorgvin Arnarson), and Lexy Cross (Alyvia Alyn Lind) struggle with homophobia and the strict rules of their new Catholic reform school, especially when Chucky arrives with a murderous agenda.
Meanwhile, in Beverly Hills, a suspicious detective threatens Tiffany’s (Jennifer Tilly) imposture as “Jennifer Tilly” and the discovery of her secret hostage, Nica Pierce (Fiona Dourif).
Meagan Navarro wrote in her episode review for Bloody Disgusting, “Episode two gets a bit more settled into the new season. The central conflicts for Jake, Lexy, and Devon are becoming crystalized, and the teases from Nica and Tiffany instill heavy anticipation for what’s ahead. Revenge is gearing up to play a pivotal role...
