Joseph DeWoody is the President of Clear Fork Royalty. Clear Fork acquires and manages mineral rights, royalties and working interests in over 250 Counties in 25 States across the Country. His team has assembled a vast, well diversified portfolio of oil and gas interests in multiple producing and prospective basins across the United States.
Joseph was selected by Oil and Gas Investor Magazine as a winner of the Top 20 under 40 Award, by Texas Monthly Magazine as a Texas Top Producer as a Best Landman in Texas Award winner, Who's Who in Energy by the Dallas Business Journal, and as a Top Newcomer under the age of 40 by Oil and Gas Awards. He received the Maverick PAC Future 40 Award and has also been selected for Who's Who in E&P A&D.
Joseph was appointed by Texas Governor Rick Perry to a six year term on the Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists. He serves on the Board of Directors for the National Stripper Well Association, the National Association of Royalty Owners-Texas and formerly served the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers and the Oil information Library of Fort Worth.
Joseph is a member of the Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate, the Fort Worth Wildcatter's, a board member of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, the Botanical Research Institute of Texas, and the University of North Texas Health Science Center
