Look what’s come hopping down the bunny trail just in time for the holiday weekend, Easter Bloody Easter, the latest in the never-ending line of holiday horrors. We’ve already had our share of Easter-themed films from Faster Eater Bunny, Kill! Kill! and Easter Holocaust to Resurrection. But when it comes to low-budget horror, there’s no such thing as too many films on a subject, so what’s one more?
This one opens with a couple going at it in a church storeroom, “I want you to fuck me like some muffin top Jesus!”, being killed by a glowing-eyed rabbit that transforms into a glowing-eyed monster complete with Easter basket.
A week later Jeanie wakes up in her yard and tries to...

There haven’t been all that many Easter-themed horror movies over the years, with most fans agreeing that Mick Garris’ Critters 2 still remains the definitive Easter horror movie.
It’s not the only one, of course, with the “Easter” segment of horror anthology Holidays being a personal favorite of mine. But the pickings for Easter horror are slim, to say the least.
The good news? A brand new Easter horror movie has added itself to the mix this week, with the indie effort Easter Bloody Easter now available for rental on VOD outlets.
The bad news? Well, it’s probably not very good. In fact, Geof Capodanno gave the film just 2 stars in his review for Bloody Disgusting, which you can read right here.
Geof writes, “You can tell the film is a passion project with a limited budget, and everyone is having a blast making it. While that is always commendable,...

Spring is in swing and Easter is just around the corner. What better time than now for Gravitas Ventures to release their Easter-themed flick from WallyBird Productions? First-time director Diane Foster pulls double duty as lead actress in the horror-comedy Easter Bloody Easter, arriving just in time for Easter.
The peeps in Warburg, TX love them some Easter. And even though they seem to be devout Christian folk, their celebration around the holiday is more focused on the mythical bunny stuff versus the religious Jesus Resurrection theology. Easter to Warburg is kind of like Valentine’s Day for Valentine Bluffs in My Bloody Valentine, Fourth of July weekend for Amity Island in Jaws, Christmas in every town in a Hallmark Christmas movie. It’s their jam.
The Warburgonians’ passion for Easter knows no limit, as evidenced by their annual Easterpalooza weekend event with a wild agenda for all to partake in.

ABC has not yet announced The Golden Bachelorette, but considering the success of The Golden Bachelor and how the network has dealt with the Bachelor Nation franchise in the past, it is probably a done deal. At least, Joan Vassos thinks it could be, and she is throwing her hat in the ring to appear in the show’s inaugural season.
She’d like The Golden Bachelorette to have a little twist, though. Vassos, who left the series unexpectedly, said she’d be happy to share the stage with another The Golden Bachelor cast off, and she thinks her bunkmate, Sandra Mason, would be a good pick.
Joan Vassos is open to appearing on ‘The Golden Bachelorette’
Joan Vassos might have left The Golden Bachelor early, but she isn’t interested in giving up on love. In fact, she’s not even giving up on finding a great match through a dating competition show.
