Poll: Face-Off: Costanza Opposite Approach

"If every instinct you have is wrong, then the opposite would have to be right." (Jerry Seinfeld).

In one of the most famous episodes in the TV show Seinfeld (1989), called "The Opposite" (19 May 1994), George Costanza (played by Jason Alexander- celebrating a birthday on Friday, September 23) decides that every instinct he ever had was wrong and decides to do the opposite, which causes his luck to turn around, and that lands him an attractive girlfriend, a job offer with the New York Yankees, and an apartment that allows him to finally move out of his parents' house.

Do you think that in real life this new psychological approach could really work for stressed and insecure people? (male or female)
