Marc graduated Girard High School in 1990. Marc played basketball throughout high school and his senior year. Because of his athletic ability, Marc went on full scholarship to Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem North Carolina. After college, he played one year in Europe for the Manchester Giants.
His acting break came when the producers of Eddie (1996) needed a baby-faced kid that could play basketball.- Actress
Brunette, delicately featured leading lady who briefly made an impact through memorable back-to-back appearances in the films Humoresque (1946) and Rope (1948). Joan grew up in Butler, Pennsylvania, where her family had a car dealership. Her mother was a musician. Joan studied dancing at the Bennington School of the Arts and was at one time an alumnus of the Martha Graham Dance Company. Very little is known of her private life but at least one of her two sisters was also on the musical scene. Joan decided on an acting career and made her bow on Broadway in 1944 as a juvenile in "The Late George Apley". Five years later, she had a singing and dancing part, starring opposite Ray Bolger in "Where's Charley?", replacing Allyn Ann McLerie. In between work on stage and screen she also featured in such episodic radio dramas as 'Theater Guild of the Air'. During the first half of the 1950's, Joan enjoyed a good run of critical plaudits for her performances in the comedy "My Three Angels" (with Walter Slezak), and as Miranda in the American Shakespeare Festival staging of "The Tempest" in Stratford, Connecticut.
Her last role of note came in 1959 (as replacement for the nominal star Rosemary Harris), with Joan as the female lead opposite Jason Robards in "The Disenchanted", a Budd Schulberg/ Harvey Breit play about the life of F. Scott Fitzgerald. It has been variously suggested that Joan's career may have suffered as a result of blacklisting by HUAC, or because of a physical similarity to another more established actress, Diana Lynn. The fact remains, that she managed to maintain a relatively busy schedule on the East Coast stage throughout the 1950's. However, by 1962, she seems to have lost heart and given up the profession. Apart from a few guest appearances in early anthology TV and a couple of forgettable teen movies, there was little else of note from this attractive and talented performer. She faded into relative obscurity, living out the sadly short remainder of her life in Manhattan.- Actor

At the age of 17, Heinlein graduated from Central High School in Kansas City, Missouri. He spent one year at the University of Missouri before he entered the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, from which he graduated as the 20th best among the 243 cadets. He spent five years in the Pacific Ocean until he had to retire because of tuberculosis in 1934. After his retirement he had different kinds of jobs: silver mining in Colorado, land-agent, political speech-writer and a failed attempt to become an elected politician. He also married his first wife, Leslyn McDonald.
His first story "Lifeline" was written as an entry for a magazine contest offering $50 for the best sf story by a new writer, but he sold it instead for $70 to the magazine "Astounding Stories" where it was published in August 1939. During WWII he worked as a research engineer for the navy in Philadelphia but he also wrote 25 novels and short stories. He also met his second wife Virginia Gerstenfeld whom he married in 1948. Not much is known about his personal life. He once said that he wrote seven days a week, six months a year. The other six months he traveled or was lazy. At the end of the 1960s his health became weaker and he had to undergo several treatments. His health improved after a major operation in 1982 but his novel, "To Sail Beyond the Sunset," published in 1987, became his last.- John Minton, or Big John Studd as he would eventually be known, was born on February 19th, 1948, in Butler, Pennsylvania. He started training to be a professional wrestler under 'Walter 'Killer' Kowalski' at the age of 18. He first worked for the WWF (then the WWWF) under the name Chuck O'Connor, then as one of the Masked Executioners in 1976, leading to a Tag Team Title reign. He later went to Texas and became the masked Captain America, feuding with Fritz Von Erich, Stan Hansen, and 'Andre the Giant'. It was in Texas that he picked up the Big John Studd moniker.
Later, he moved to Jim Crockett's Mid Atlantic territory where he feuded with Greg Valentine and fellow giant Blackjack Mulligan (Bob Windham). He retired from wrestling in the late 70s, but was talked into coming back as Ron Reis' tag team partner in The Giants tag team. He went to the AWA but was generally unhappy there. In the mid 80s the WWF, under 'Vince McMahon Jr.' took off, and Studd was along for the ride. He was always near the top of the card, feuding with the likes of Hulk Hogan and teaming with Ken Patera to cut off Andre's hair. In his most famous match, he took on Andre in a 15,000 dollar bodyslam challenge at the first _Wrestlemania (1985)_. He retired again from pro wrestling, and got himself some acting gigs, including Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man (1991). Falling off a motorcycle while filming this movie and frequent steroid use probably both accelerated his Hodgkins Disease. Studd learned he had the disease in 1993 right after collapsing after his last match, against the Honky Tonk Man (Wayne Farris). He spent 20 weeks in the hospital in 1994 (during which time he admitted under oath that he used steriods in the 80s during the WWF's steroid trial), and died from liver cancer on March 20th, 1995. He was 47 years old and left behind a wife and three children, John Jr., Janelle and Sean. - Sean Fagan was born on 22 July 1966 in Butler, New Jersey, USA.
