- The Playhouse was a long and successful presentation format created for Playhouse Disney upon its launch in the UK in 1998. For 8 years, viewers could join Big Dave and Little Alex for hours of fun inside the Playhouse, while singing along with classic Disney songs in Music Time, creating Disney-themed artwork in Art Play, seeing magical drawings turned into stories in Circle Time, and watching culinary delights being made in Bite Size.
