- Champagne Waltz is one of five movies produced by Paramount in the 1930s featuring Gladys Swarthout, a very popular Metropolitan Opera mezzo-soprano. The studio was attempting to build on the popularity of Grace Moore, another opera singer, who had also expanded her talents into movies.

When Julio, a law student from a wealthy family, leaves Soledad pregnant and abandons her, she asks for help to the Paloma Virgin. Julio becomes a barrister, and has to defend an abandoned woman. Realizing his own faults, he will now get back to Soledad. Shot in Madrid on location in the Retiro park, Puerta del Sol, Paloma Church and other spots of zarzuelistic fame.

She also meets a good boy and they become engaged. When to sort out a difficult situation her aunt compromises her honor she will have to react. Based on the zarzuela of the same title.

- The daughter of a Russian general arrives at Fort Ross American outpost with a slightly credible motive, hiding her true reasons which have to do with treason and blackmail. Yet she can not but fall in love with Captain Lawrence, right hand to the governor and an apparently incorruptible man.
- Some British citizens meet at the Venetian Lido where they go to play. Between them is naughty Mr. Corner, who under the false name of Mr. Pickles goes after Mimi so his friend's son can be free to marry his own daughter. Only, he does not know that the man is in fact already married to Mimi. Little does he suspect that back home they will all meet at his home, Braystead Castle, where fireworks are to be expected.
- Back in India after what happened at first part Der Tiger von Eschnapur, Maharadscha Chandra is ready to carry on his well-planned vengeance, in which German architect Peter Fürbringer, his fiancée Irene and his assistant will get involuntarily involved having to fight for their lives amidst a revolt fueled by traitor Prinz Ramigani.
