ELLE POURRAIENT ÊTRE LA MÊME FEMME FRACTIONNÉE EN TROIS ÂGES DIFFÉRENTS, TROIS SURS OU TROIS GÉNÉRATIONS. CES HISTOIRES SONT DES CONTES DE FÉES MODERNES AVEC DES STÉRÉOTYPES PERVERTIS DE FEMMES SANS HAPPY-END ET POSENT LA QUESTION DE LIDENTITÉ, DE LA GÉNÉRATION ET LA MATERNITÉ. JAI CHOISI DE BASER TOUT LE PROJET SUR UN CONTE ANCIEN (VASILISSA-LA-TRÈS-BELLE : HTTP://EN.WIKIPEDIA.ORG/WIKI/VASILISA_THE_BEAUTIFUL), POUR EN RACONTER UN NOUVEAU, ET PLUS PARTICULIÈREMENT SUR UN PERSONNAGE MYTHIQUE, LA SORCIÈRE SLAVE, CAR LES MYTHES SONT QUELQUE CHOSE QUI SE TRANSMET DEPUIS LONGTEMPS DUNE GÉNÉRATION À UNE AUTRE. LE CONTE PERPÉTUE DONC UNE IMAGE/STÉRÉOTYPE QUE JE VOUDRAIS METTRE EN QUESTION: JINVERSE LES CARACTÈRES CLICHÉS, FASCINANTS ET IDÉAUX ET LES REMPLACE PAR DES PERSONNAGES EXAGÉRÉS DE « RATÉES », POUR TRANSFORMER LE CONTE RÊVÉ EN CAUCHEMAR. IL COMPORTE DES PERSONNAGES/ÉLÉMENTS QUI REPRÉSENTENT DES VALEURS/IDÉAUX QUI FASCINENT SANS QUON NY CROIT PLUS VRAIMENT. VEDMA EST UN MOT RUSSE ANCIEN QUI DIRE SORCIÈRE AUTREFOIS, AUJOURDHUI IL SERT DINSULTE ET VEUT DIRE VIEILLE BOURRIQUE. CE TITRE RESTE DONC AMBIGU ENTRE ADMIRATION ET REJÈT, TOUT COMME LES PERSONNAGES DU FILM.
