Lucretia Eastman ( Alice Lake ) is persuaded by her father-in-law, Old Jim Eastman ( Charles Mailes ) to give her negligent and drunken husband, Tom ( Carl Gerard ) another chance. She agrees to accompany him on expedition to the Arctic Circle, but Lucretia turns back out of fear. Luckily, another ship commanded by Frank Underwood, ( Rudolph Valentino ) who is in love with Lucretia, arrives on the same exploration, Lucretia joins it. Now Tom condemns his wife and obtains a divorce, she and her lover are confined for months in the icebound ship. After a trek across the frozen waste, they are finally rescued.
Sadly this Wesley Ruggles directed drama/romance, featuring Alice lake and Rudolph Valentino remains a lost silent film. All that survives to tease fans are some still photos and lobby cards.
