If you can't trust your uncle, who can you trust?
mark.waltz10 September 2016
Warning: Spoilers
This is an adequate B western surrounding the attempts of the heroine's (Jerry Bergh) uncle to steal her bequest of land out from under her and the nefarious means in which he goes to achieve his goals. There's a darkly clad but handsome villain (Richard Alexander) hired by the uncle (Lafe McKee) to watch her and prevent anybody from helping her, no matter what it takes. Step in the law, played by heroic Tom Tyler who is aware of the plot and strives to stop the bad men from fulfilling their plot. Sometimes patchy or static in non- action dialog sequences, this features one dimensional villains, but has a feisty, determined heroine. Just average, however, as this could have benefited from a little humor rather than being so gosh darn serious and completely melodramatic.
