The stork may pay off, but the comedy lays an egg!

Warning: Spoilers
This gangster based comedy starts off on the right foot with gangsters (led by Victor jory, assisted by dumbbell Maxie Rosenbloom) becoming involved in a daycare center, thinking they are muscling in on a nightclub. This causes Jory to think about becoming legit thanks to the patience of Rochelle Hudson, who runs the center. It's fun to watch them deal with the kids, especially Rosenbloom who finds that the kids (especially bratty Danny Mummert) are quite a bit smarter and more clever than him, but it begins to turn sappy and moralistic when Jory decides to go into the political arena, opening up about his crime passed in court. Light-hearted for the most part, it loses ground with the change in attitude, but pulls itself together for the last few minutes. Overall, it's rather ordinary with fine performances, but in the end, it ends up being nothing special.
