When Karen's husband nails the door to their house closed, she ties her blouse in a knot at the front. In the next scene, she goes upstairs to the bedroom and her blouse is tucked in. She then calls out the window to the lighthouse keeper and her blouse is still tucked in, but in the next shot of her in the window, her blouse is tied in a knot again.
