One of the gangsters throws a booze bottle through the trailer window from the inside as the trailer is being towed down the road and of course shatters the picture window. In the next two scenes, as the trailer is being towed down the highway, the picture window is not broken. When the police officer stops the car and trailer the window is once again shattered.
When Beth and Dr. Halleck are out for a drive about 49 minutes into the film, they are shown turning a corner in a 1949 Lincoln without whitewall tires. When they arrive at the woman's prison, they are in a 1951 Lincoln with whitewall tires. Also note the differences in the two car's grilles. Also, in a forward-looking shot from inside the car, the windshield wipers have been removed, but exterior shots show them in place.
When Beth and Matt embrace in the trailer, as the shots change, Beth's hands alternate between Matt's neck and arms.
After Dr. Hallack sends Beth into town for plasma it is revealed that he had a supply with him in his "medical kit". It is in a parcel with "PLASMA" written across the front. There is no sign that it has been kept cold. The same casual treatment of the plasma Beth takes from the drug store seemingly hasn't been refrigerated either.
After bandages are removed from her eyes following ocular surgery performed several weeks earlier, Beth is still wearing perfect eye make-up.
The trailer that the gangsters lived in is a 1952 Kenskill, 30 foot model. This model had a furnace between the door and built-in frig. The furnace is missing in the movie. Also the lower cabs in the kitchen are missing. Only the upper cabs are there. There is no range and no kitchen sink. Instead there is an easy chair under the small kitchen window where the kitchen sink (lower cabs) would have been.
Dr. Halleck and Beth drive right out of the prison, not stopping at the gate for inspection or an ID check. This would never be allowed at any prison. The gate is even open for them beforehand and they drive right through.
