Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Alone with Walt in the gold cave, the Cat-Woman Beta's voice is heard replying to his exclamations - she calls him "Doug".
Factual errors: Laird borrows one of Helen's cigarettes and places it on the dividing line between sunlight and darkness on the moon's surface, in order to show what would happen to anyone or anything that ventured onto the bright side. The cigarette immediately bursts into flame and disintegrates. First, people and objects suffer no adverse effects from sunlight on the moon. Second, since the moon has no atmosphere there could not be any smoke or flames from the cigarette.
Factual errors: When the ship is traveling through space, its rocket motors are running continuously.
Factual errors: When they are on their way to the moon, the interior of the rocket has gravity.
