- The naked girlfriend of a suspect is shown peeking through a curtain while two officers conduct an interrogation. One of the cops enters her room and places handcuffs on the girl in an attempt to antagonize the suspect.
- An overtly gay man is shown in a bathtub as he is repeatedly mocked and insulted by two male detectives.
- A man is taken into police custody upon suspicion of indecent exposure.
- A man apparently performs oral sex out of frame as his girlfriend tries to read a book. No nudity is shown, woman is shown moaning and this scene is brief.

- While the movie has a comic tone, some of the violence is realistic. The music score adds to the humorous events in the story.
- A man is punched and slapped around by two detectives during an interrogation.
- The body of a man killed in a truck crash is visible through the windshield.
- A man is wrestled against a car by two detectives. In a comic fashion the victim's head is smashed inside of the car with the door.
- A man is shot 20 to 30 times through the stall door in a men's restroom. After the noise fades away the victim breaks wind.
- A man is shot several times in an office and bloody entry wounds are shown. A woman is also shot and is shown to have a bloody wound on her thigh.
- A man is chased into a restaurant kitchen with much comic mayhem erupting during the scene. He is then shot and lands on a hot grill as a sizzling sound is heard.
- During an elaborate car chase a driver plows through a parade and injurs several members of a marching band.
- Another comic car chase ends when a driver swerves off of an overpass and lands in a third-floor aparment occupied by an elderly couple.
- Two detectives and two employees comically struggle to subdue a large man in a hotel lobby. After placing the handcuffed man into the back of a squad car, he goads the two detectives into releasing him so they may finish the fight.
- A man is kidnapped at gunpoint and forced to climb a ramp leading to a stadium. He is shown to have collapsed from a heart attack.
- A man is shot and wounded. He is placed into an ambulance as his condition appears to be life-threatening.
- A man kicks another man several times in a brutal fashion during a fight.
- A man is shot several times by another man. The victim is thrown against a mirror with bloody wounds and more splatter on the wall.

- Moderate. 5 F-words, at least 10 shits and damns. Crap, asshole, bastard and jerk are used at least three times . Slurs directed at homosexuals and Mexican-Americans.

- The climactic fight between two characters is not at all comic and is staged in a brutal fashion. Eerie music emphasizes the intensity of this scene.
