Sex & Nudity

  • A character showers naked; her breasts can be seen. She makes love with a man briefly. Both are fully naked but he is lying on top of her and they are seen from the side; modesty is preserved. A character is prepared for sacrifice. She wears only a cloth shroud, through which her nipples and pubic hair can be seen.

Violence & Gore

  • Vampires feed on humans. A device similar to that used to milk cows is used - placed on the neck it drains them of blood. Some give blood in the more traditional way, by biting the neck. One has their neck cut first with a scalpel. Large machines process huge volumes of blood. Blood pours from a shower. In a dream sequence a woman is replaced with a melting wax character - not meant to be convincing, but gruesome.

Profanity

  • The profanity is near the start of the film. 1 use of "For Christ's sake" 1 use of 'Jesus' and 1 use of 'Bloody'

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Minor alcohol consumption. Medical drugs are injected into a characters arm.
