Michel is a teenager particularly ill at ease in his own skin. After an unhappy affair with a young Algerian girl and running away from home, he finally finds his balance. But he must now restore that of his parents, facing divorce.
Warm at home with his parents, teenager Michel is looking for reasons to become an adult. A corrupt society, a dead-end future, a withered revolution, it seems nobody likes him. Not even Salima the young Algerian girl met wandering the Paris night. Only Rene, an older cool friend from the '68-generation offers him shelter.
