Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump flatly denied Friday that he posed as his own spokesman during a June 26, 1991, phone call to then-people reporter Sue Carswell - a phone interview that Carswell taped at the time. When she played the recording for friends of Trump and his then-girlfriend, Marla Maples, they were unanimous: the voice was Trump's own, a ruse that Carswell noted in her story for the July 8, 1991, issue of People.By the time People was putting its July 22, 1991, issue together, Trump had called Carswell to confess that he was, in fact, the so-called John Miller who called a couple weeks earlier.

Last week on Last Week Tonight, John Oliver went after Donald Trump in a segment that you either loved or loved and also wondered if perhaps Oliver had become a "brilliant and hilarious schoolmarm to the world." (Or thought was just okay and would prefer that Oliver ease off on the holier-and-smarter-than-thou lecture/aggregationfests that are becoming his show's bread and butter.) New York, Aug 30: Naomi Watts, who is to star in the upcoming biopic 'Diana', is apparently worried about her physical appearance in the flick.
Talking about her decision to take the role, the 44-year-old actress told Hamptons magazine that before signing for the movie she was thinking about all sorts of negative comments like, people pouncing on her for not looking enough like the late Princes, not being tall enough and not being properly British, the New York Post reported.
The 'For Love Alone' star, who is focusing on the late Princess of Wales' affair with Pakistani heart surgeon Hasnat Khan, said that she was worried.
