I have to say this really doesnt capture the feel of the first one or even the second one or any of the other sequels really. It just really slumps to one joke to another and most of them arent really funny. the plot is they have to train cops or the academy will go under and that guy from part 2 is back and he tries to ruin them. i dont really know(or care). The standard gay bar joke is there and thats probably the only part that was amusing at all. Just plain bad. all in all it's a pretty worthless movie and it's not really funny at all. Thankfully Part 4(a funny movie) came along and got the series back on track. If you ask me you should just skip to part 4 this one sucks.
