• Continuity: Color of Tess' pantyhose as she steps off the bus.
  
  
• Continuity: When Tess first tells Katherine of her Trask radio idea, Katherine's red glasses are folded on her desk in one shot and they are on her face in the next shot.
  
  
• Continuity: In the opening shot, the Staten Island Ferry is clearly the "Gov. Herbert H. Lehman". When Tess and Cyn disembark from the same Ferry at the South Ferry Terminal it shows them getting off a different Staten Island Ferry, "The American Legion".
  
  

• Continuity: When Tess first arrives at Catherine's office and unpacks her box, she takes the books out of the box and places them on the desk, but in the next shot (overhead), the books are back in the box.
  
  
• Continuity: When Catherine is getting off of the helicopter, she first is waving from it and the blades are still spinning. Then when Tess goes to help he out of the helicopter the blades have stopped spinning. (There is no way that they would have stopped so fast.)
  
  
• Continuity: Cyn's eyeshadow when she's visiting Tess at the office and pretending to be her secretary: the middle stripe of gold-ish color changes size.
  
  
• Continuity: Katherine tells Tess the combination to her house alarm is 75432000 but when we see Tess turning the alarm off before entering the house she only presses six buttons.
  
  
• Continuity: Tess places a ruler on a newspaper page to tear out an article about Orin Trask's daughter. In the close-up shot, the ruler suddenly changes to a different design.
  
  
• Continuity: When Jack first carries Tess into his apartment (after she has passed out), the handle and lock are on the right side of the door (facing it from the hall). In the next shot (from inside the apartment), when they are coming through the door, the handle and lock are also on the right side (facing the door from the apartment) which is the exact reverse.
