Kudos to B.Streisand!!

I definitely enjoyed this film. I read the book first, and I was quite disappointed when I first saw the movie, for there are lots of things missing. Specially all the events during childhood which explain why each of the children turn out to be the way they are when adults. But then I realized that the book is so, so rich and full of details, that it would have been necessary to make a mini-series (as B. Streisand said) in order to respect the original story. When I saw the film again, I realized it was a fair adaptation of a wonderful book.
