- Cut outs of completely nude female bodies with Nick Styles head (Denzel Washington) hangs on a prisoner's cell wall. Camera pans through so pictures briefly seen.
- As a woman goes into the men's locker room, there's a split second shot of Denzel Washington's genitals as he covers himself with a locker door. Gratuitous male nudity.
- A woman goes fully nude and thrusts up and down on top of a man. We see her breasts and butt. Yet, somehow, no male nudity is shown.
- A scene shows topless women with bare bottoms in a club.
Violence & Gore

- Infrequent but very strong violence throughout.
- Multiple, usually onscreen, shootings, often accompanied with large amounts of blood splatter.
- A man is stabbed with a homemade sword. Some blood around his stomach and around his mouth.
- In one gruesome sequence, a man is shot in the head with some sort of small projectile. Blood and brain matter splatter on a window behind him. The next guy gets sliced from the stomach to his shoulder with a bandsaw with lots of blood gushing. A third guy immediatly gets a drill in the neck. Some blood.

- Somewhat strong, with 12 uses of "fuck" along with it's variant "motherfucker."

- The main villain is sadistic and very twisted.

- Two men fight. One guy is graphically impaled in the arm. The other guy falls and is impaled on a spike-like structure. Lots of blood all over the spike, his face, and hands.
