Basically, this is the limit for a comedy destined to kids. Not that the characters are more perverted than usual, but there are simply too much breast shots. Most Ranma fans (including myself) already know that in many episodes, female breasts are shown entirely, but in this movie, it is totally absurd. The nude breasts aren't shown as much, but the contours of them under flimsy silk dresses with extra-extra low necklines are the camera's most zoomed-in frames.

Sexual innuendo aside, the story goes on very well, with a little annoyance in some parts (especially when the many men in the ballroom grab all the girls and takes them into their room). I can't say very much of this movie, as it is not fantastic, nor extremely boring. It is still a worthwhile feature to rent, if you are a Ranma fan, but if you are a beginner in anime, you could pass it on for much later.
