I missed this film on it's theatrical release, (if it had one) - but saw it on video. Ensemble acting at its very best. Piper Laurie excellent in her portrayal of the beautiful and wistful Dolly. Expert support from Matthau, Lemon, Spacek and Durning. Top marks to my hero Roddy. This film had a wonderful story which left me with tears in my eyes at the end. You can keep your action adventure films. Give me a story everyday.
