- After giving Ishmael a high-five, Roy's prosthetic hand flies off the hook and ends up landing on a woman's breast, who is kissing a man, and after he gets his hand back he takes the man's hand and puts it on her breast.
- A man gets a lap dance in a strip club. In the R rated version this scene is longer.
- A man is shown having sex with a blow up doll for a few seconds. (R rated version only)
- Several men are sprayed down with a hose. Their rear ends are shown nude for a few seconds. (R rated version only)
- One character comes out with a bucket of white colored liquid and says, "I had to get a good tug to get milk out of this cow" and a farmer replies that they don't have a cow; implying he just made a bull ejaculate it's semen.
- Ishmael is seen dancing on a stage for tips in little clothing

- Being told to take off the biggest horse's shoes, Roy cuts all four of the horse's hooves off, and later in the film the horse was by then shorter than the rest. Played for laughs
- Roy throws scalding hot coffee in a man's eyes twice to fool his landlord.
- Some hustled locals smash the back of Ernie's car and then grab Roy and take him inside the bowling alley. There they run his hand into the ball return and Roy screams. Later we see Roy with a prosthetic hand and/or hook, so it's implied that the locals ground his hand up.
- Roy is seen vomiting twice, once briefly off screen.
- Roy and Claudia get in a mild fight in a motel parking lot. All played for laughs. No blood whatsoever.
- Claudia gets hit by her boyfriend. [slightly offscreen]
