- Seduction, eroticism, lies, revenge, ambition - Isabel personifies all these. She is a dangerous animal who devours everyone in her path. This time she turns her insatiable lethal instincts towards a rich executive -who could give her a stable life- and a primeval, savage drug dealer. The three of them play together on the dark side of life. The men are her victims. How far are we prepared to go to satisfy our ambitions?
- Andrés (Carlos Hipólito) and Nuria (Eulalia Ramón), a conventional married couple, are suffocated by the routine of living together for ten years. Their son David (José Velázquez) is the only joy they still share. They have just returned to Madrid in the hope of securing a better future. Nuria's father, Antonio Robles, (Txema Blasco) appoints Andrés director of his textile company: "Manufacturas Robles". From then on, Andrés only lives for his new work; Nuria to recover the passion she lost long ago.
Isabel (Cayetana Guillén Cuervo) is an attractive, intelligent, seductive young woman, always living life to the limits, lured by any new thrill. She has a tempestuous relationship with Paco Reina (Nancho Novo), a drug-pusher just out of prison, with whom she shares a penchant for sex and cocaine. Their relationship is straightforward and frank.
Isabel and Andrés meet in the search of those eternal objects of human desire: sex and money. He finds in her all that is wanting in Nuria: passion, morbid sexual desire, the forbidden... Isabel is infatuated with Andrés, but will not resign herself to the inevitable -being the mistress, the "other woman". She knows that Andrés can give her a comfortable future and sets out to get it. Thus she begins to weave her spiderweb.
The more they meet the more Andrés becomes a puppet in Isabel's hands. The young woman opens the door to a whole sexual world previously unknown to him. While the relationship with Reina falls apart, everything seems to go well between them, until one day Isabel is victim of an assault. Andrés fails to understand anything. His principles run out of control when she tells him her life is at risk and that the only way she can survive is to pay back the ten million pesetas she once stole. Isabel sees only one solution: she tells Andrés he must kidnap little David and force his father-in-law to pay the ransom.
Stunned, Andrés moves the counters in a game whose rules he does not know. It is not his world, he does not know what is happening to him and, worst of all, he feels absolutely no remorse.
Little by little, Nuria sees her marriage crumbling. She does everything she can to recover her husband, but when her son is threatened, she neither panics nor becomes defeatist, but develops a dangerously calm spirit. Her soul rebels and the basest instincts flourish.
