- A man and a woman have sex.

- The film follows a killer but there is not any graphic violence. Many scenes are set at the morgue so dead bodies are visible.
- A man cuts off his thumb offscreen. We see his face with blood on it (the blood that dripped from his mutilated hand).
- A woman is stabbed a few times. We do not see the knife being inserted in her body but we see a lot of blood dripping from her feet. The killer is then seen as he washes his bloody hands.
- Two different men are hit in the back with a baseball bat, and another man is killed by being hit in the head with the same baseball bat (we see blood splattering on the wall and a pool of blood on the floor).
- Two dead women's bodies are shown with deep cuts on their torso and removed eyes.
- In a mirror, we see a knife go up and down and hear screams.
- A man is shot three times with a gun and dies.
- A fistfight occurs; a man is seen with a bloody broken lip.
- A man gets his arm cut with broken glass; a bit of blood is seen dripping from his arm.
- A man has a bloody cut on his forehead.
- A man follows a trail of blood and finds a naked woman's body.
- A woman gets a needle inserted in her neck (she is presumed to be drugged).
- A man and a woman are tied up by the killer, who takes some tools, and is about to torture and kill them, but are eventually saved.

- When the killer murders women, a children's song is played for creepy effect, and it may be frightening to younger viewers.
- The whole film has a tense atmosphere, as expected from the genre (thriller) and the location (morgue).
