The song doesn't have an actual name. Most people refer to it as "Chin-Chin" which is Japanese slang for the male sexual organ. But the "song" and the "band" singing it (see below)were merely created for the movie and there is not an entire song, merely the 1 minute, forty second bit in the scene.
Lyrics have been posted on the message board for this movie (by "ilssaridor") and are frequently bumped to the front page.
There is no actual band. The girls were local L.A. girls hired to "act" as if they were singing/karaoke-ing. People often say the band is Shonen Knife or Cibo Mato, but neither of these bands looks or sounds like the Japanese schoolgirls. There is an unsubstantiated rumor circa 1999 that the girls were called "Bang Wa Cherry," but no proof that such a band existed has ever been found-- it's just an urban myth first posted on a Shonen Knife web page in 1999 to discourage further such questions on that page.
1968 Dodge Charger. (Although all '68 through '70 Chargers share the same body! Only the bumpers, lights, and various trim-- which the automobile industry refers to as "cosmetics--" vary from year to year.)
