This film is one of the most funniest of spanish cinema. Is really crazy and exciting. The plot it´s a bit strange and the actors are excellent, but the best of the movie is Maria Esteve who is really funny. If you are from another planet you will enjoy with Atómica

I really enjoyed this Spanish comedy-thriller. It's in the Almodovar school, but younger. The cast is super-spunky (are Spanish people the hottest people on Earth or what?) and the story moves at a thrilling pace. Have a look!

One of the worst films ever. The "film-makers" try to imitate the first Almodovar's films but, obviously, they can't. Pretentious and really boring. Too much vanity in these two guys that call themselves "Directors". Don't waste your time watching it.

Atomica is a sketchy, but ultimately memorable film. [With one of the best soundtracks of 1998, Atomica is a little reserved, but never slows. [As smack hits the streets of Spain, so does Atomica. It is the splendid street scenes that really makes this movie, along with the amiable Ricardo. [Watch out for the last scene when you see this - worth the hire fee for sure.

This flick is patchy. Some scenes are very enjoyable, others seem to be mere filler to make up the time. It was touted to me as a kind of Spanish Pulp Fiction, which it definitely is not. The soundtrack is pretty racy though, and at times it's the only thing pushing the film along. Bonus points for having a semi-dressed lassie in a leather coat.

The story bears some resemblance with the excellent Lola rennt but, boy, are these films different! The only interesting thing about Atomica is the great Bibi Andersen as... a porno star. The rest is rather boring. It starts getting slightly better towards the end, but that's it. No suspense, no drive, no fun.
