This is a WB short of the 'See America First' series. This covers the American civil war. It visits the modern-day locations of old battlefields, relevant locations, graves, relics, and monuments. It's mostly a narrator recounting the history of the war from start to finish. It has an actor reading a Lincoln speech. Finally, there is a veterans' parade which is probably the most worthy visual. This is interesting and yet uninteresting. It's a school field trip to these locations. Teachers think that the students are going to learn something. Mostly, it's a day off for the students to play around.
