- About 13-15 minutes, a College age girl, Natalie, walks into her dorm room and discovers a man having sex with her roommate, Tosh. There's no nudity.

- Someone wraps a rope around a man's neck and throws him to the ground; we later see him hanging from a tree, then falling from the tree onto a car's windshield (his face is bloody).
- A woman is punched, tied to a bed and gagged; we see some blood as her stomach is punctured and then slit with a scalpel.
- A woman slashes another person's chest and shoots her (we see blood splatting on her clothing).
- We see blood dripping from the inside of a microwave (it's implied that a dog has been cooked in it).
- A man intentionally runs into a guardrail; a woman is flung through the windshield and lands in a river (we see her body floating away).
- A car bumps another off the road; the driver is unconscious and has bloody cuts on his face.

- The killer slashes a person's ankles with a knife causing a lot of blood to spill onto the parking lot, and as the victim tries to crawl away, they leave a bloody trail behind them. Then, after being impaled on a row of "wrong way" spikes imbedded in the parking lot, the person is even more bloody.
- Someone shoves a funnel down a man's throat and pours drain cleaner into it (we see blood on the man's face and chest).

- People have liquor at a party, including one man who has several shots and a woman brings her and Natalie some beer (neither drink it), and a small dog may also be fed liquor through a tube, but that's not for sure. Also, a student may have been lighting up a joint, but that was also difficult to determine for certain.
- Parker gives his dog a small amount of beer.
- Damon offers Natalie a beer and she opens it.

- A woman is choked to death.
- Two women scuffle and a woman punches a man.
- A woman bites someone's hand and a woman slaps another.
- A woman slips and falls into a pool of blood.
- We see words written in blood on a wall.
- Michelle is grabbed by a man and she fights back by spraying him in the eyes with mace; she breaks through a window with a telephone and escapes outside to her truck, which she uses to hit the man (he's slightly injured); after she drives away, someone in the back seat hits her with an axe.
- Damon is strangled with a rope by the killer and is then hung from a tree.
- Tosh is grabbed from behind by the killer and thrown onto a bed before the killer tries to strangle her. Although it's dark, the killer manages to strangle her to death. The next morning, Natalie discovers Tosh's bloody corpse under the sheets, with slit wrists, as well as a message written in blood on the wall.
- The Dean's ankles are slashed with a knife by the killer; he falls to the floor and crawls away, leaving a long trail of blood; the killer starts a car, which runs over the Dean and forces him onto several sharp spikes that impale him.
- Parker opens a microwave door and finds the remains of his dog (blood and fur is shown); he then runs to a bathroom, where the killer forces his head down a toilet and ties him to the bottom of the toilet (blood runs down his face); the killer then places a funnel in Parker's mouth and forces him to drink toilet cleaner, killing him.
- Sasha is attacked by a man carrying an axe, with several swings nearly making contact. At one point, she's thrown over the railing of a staircase and falls several floors, breaking her ankle. She eventually is cornered and killed with the axe, offscreen. It is implied she has her head split in half and then decapitated. Reese then discovers Sasha's corpse and the blurred outline of her bloody hand is visible.
- Natalie discovers Parker's bloody corpse in a barrel of cotton balls, the Dean's bloody corpse under a sheet, and Damon's bloody corpse hanging in a wardrobe. The killer then jumps out and punches Natalie in the face, knocking her unconscious; the killer then ties Natalie to a bed, opens her jacket and lifts up her shirt. She then torments her before finally attempting to kill Natalie by removing her kidney, and begins slicing into her stomach but is interrupted before the woman goes into shock.
- Reese enters a room and points a gun at the killer, forcing the killer against the wall, but the killer slashes her across the chest with a knife and shoots her in the stomach as they struggle on the floor (blood is shown on her clothing). The killer then points the gun at Natalie and Paul; Reese revives and shoots the killer in the arm with a gun, causing the killer to drop the gun they were holding; Natalie grabs it and shoots the killer in the chest, sending them falling out the window to their presumed death below (no blood is shown).

- At the frat party 3/4 of the way through, a dog is put in the microwave...it doesn't end well. Pretty graphic.
