The exhibits in the ghost train sequence are obviously just people dressed up in very bad masks and horror type gloves.
At the start of the film when the pilot stands up, something round is stuck to the bottom of his swimming trunks.
4 minutes in when the pilot prepares for takeoff there are 3 closeups of the jet engines. Even though you can hear them start up the blades are not moving.
Due to poor framing of the new 3D camera, when the pilot turns to the left to talk to the copilot, we are never shown the copilot. We only see his hand when he reaches in frame to grab a set of headphones that are hanging up behind them. We also see his arm & hand when he is pushing the stewardess away while the pilot is giving her 'Orination'.
24 minutes in when the couple are leaving the restaurant a giant shadow (the camera?) can be seen on the gentlemen's brown jacket when they stop to pick up a coat from the hatcheck girl.
39 minutes in. While the pilot fixes a drink there is a shadow on the curtains above his head on which a shadow of a bird can be seen landing on it. The bird squawks a couple of times, the pilot looks up at the bird. We are never shown the bird, we can only see it's shadow.
Starting at 8:09, the hand-held mic comes noticeably deep into the right-middle side of the frame. This can be easily seen in the 2D and 3D versions of the film and stays visible for about 20 seconds. On the 3D version, the mic is even farther in the frame in the right eye view because it is closer to that lens.
8 minutes in when the stewardess sits on the passengers armrest to offer him a drink, a microphone can be seen halfway down the frame poking in quite a way on the right hand side for about 40 seconds (when watching this in 3D this is very strange). A short clip of this scene is in the trailer and the microphone is still visible.
