Sex & Nudity

Violence & Gore

  • There is violence throughout the tv series. But it is limited down to fist fights mainly.
  • Characters are frequently involved in shootouts, but no one is hit usaully.
  • Some slapstick, which can be painful in a comic way.
  • Deaths are rare. In one episode we see a man thrown into the water and we hear he drowned. In another episode, a man is shot (offscreen) and another jumps into space (again, offscreen).
  • The characters often nearly die.

Profanity

  • One character frequently yells out insults, but it's comical.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • A lot of smoking is seen.
  • A common theme within episodes is drug smuggling. We never see the drugs.
  • Alcohol is drunk occasionally.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Even though it is not seen, the thought of one character jumping into space could be disturbing to young viewers.
  • Many intense sequences of action, with near death situations often occuring.
  • Episodes can be scary. The cigars of the pharoh has a character who is quite spooky in it.
  • Sometimes there are disturbing nightmares. In a very frightening dream sequence, an Inca mummy (the one above mentioned) is resurected, climbs down the roof of a house, opens the window, climbs in a throws a crystal ball. Very frightening.
  • Rather intense.
