- The Street Fighters vs. S.A.D.L.E.R.B.O.T. scene during the film's final showdown is the most tragic and torturous fight in the entire movie, and it lasts the longest out of all fight scenes.
- Half of the fight scenes contain blood splatter, from fatal attacks or brutal beatings.
- Some scenes involve gunplay, except nobody gets shot.
- The Dan vs. Vega scene contains bloody violence.

- Two cutthroats were attempting to kidnap and rape the underage Sakura after she tried to defend herself at a bar, but the sexual child abuse was foiled when Ken easily KO'd the two deviants.
- The Japanese version contains some adult-themed dialogue involving sexual child abuse and mature humor, unlike the games, it almost gives the film an R-rating. For example, it is implied that Sadler is a homosexual and a pedophile, his base is shown with brainwashed men and little boys crowding in some outside areas in which he either probed or sodomized one of the kids.
- Ryu attempts to commit suicide on a rainy night by purposely bumping into a urinating ruffneck and his fellow thug who was only averting his eyes, Ryu did this just to rile them both up.
