The best bulgarian movie so far
deadcow_s23 February 2002
So good and funny , this movie is a real cult in Bulgaria. One of the true classics ! Everything is on a great level , especially the cast (Valkanov , Mamalev , Popandov) , the director and the music . I just love this movie !!!

My favorite Bulgarian movie

I don't know how can you get a copy of this movie if you are foreigner but i assure you that this is not only one of the best Bulgarian movies ever, but also this film contains in my opinion one of the best endings i've ever seen. An ending that always manage to move me deeply. I'm not sure also if a foreigner or at least people from Western Europe and America will get it. It's a comedy but it's far from the Hollywood comedies nowadays because it's really funny and rarely relies on slapstick humor. And of course there much more... I don't know how the government allowed its release because in my opinion the movie manages to make fun of the authorities and all this guys from the orchestra are walking around with their long hair and they are playing The Beatles. There's even a nude scene, not very graphic of course. This movie was made 7 years before the fall of the Regime and in my opinion it's really about freedom and also shows what was like in our country in these times, shortly before my birth. That's when my mother and father were young and it's one of their favorite movies too. In fact they insisted that i watch it and i have watched it numerous times since then although i'm really not a fan of Bulgarian movies. It's truly one of my favorites. And of course the ending. I won't tell you anything although it's not that kind of ending but it's one of the best endings i've ever seen, competing only with "Before Sunset" when it comes to crying over a film, even though i'm not that kind of person. I even liked the music at the end even though i hate Bulgaria Estrada. My Favourite Bulgarian Movie.

Perfect commedy
hneykov20 March 2002
This is one of the best movies made in Bulgaria. It is a perfect commedy that entertains Bulgarians almost two decades with the perfect actors that we all love. I hope that there will be more movies like this because we need them, because we can make them. If you (the one who reads that) haven't seen that movie you missed a lot, find a time and watch it, if you already have you know what i am talking about.
