- The final boss is an alien heart but many may mistake it for testicles.
- The main characters are dressed in the cover art but in-game, they are shirtless. The two main characters are too macho for shirts.

- The commandos use a number of different guns to shoot down enemies all throughout the levels. No blood and gore is seen; enemies explode upon being killed. The commandos fall over dead when taking damage rather than disappearing or falling off-screen.

- This game throws a lot of projectiles at you and you're only allowed to get hit three times or else you get game over. This can make the game be pretty intense and/or frustrating for some players.
- The concept of a seemingly violent alien invasion can be seen as scary for some. A few aliens take on eerie, demonic forms.
