This applies to the 2-episode syndicated version. Due to the repeating of footage, the character of Peck appears in the company boardroom at the same time he's also shown in France during the kidnapping.
When Steve tackles the armed villain by diving across the table at him, the gun plainly gets flung behind the villain and lands on the floor behind his chair. Yet in the next shot, the villain's lady-assistant stoops to pick up the gun which is now on the floor in front of the chair.
There are multiple continuity errors when Steve is in the pyramid and the helicopter is flying outside, waiting for him. In some scenes it is a Bell JetRanger and in some scenes it is a Bell 500 helicopter shown waiting for Steve. Also, in these scenes, the Bell 500 has a rope later hanging out of the helicopter. In some scenes it is on the left side, some scenes it is on the right side of the helicopter.
At "London Airport", Oscar is shown using a phone booth that, for some reason, is located in the driving lane of a parking lot, blocking a parking stall.
When Julian is confronted in the casino by Steve, Erica and the two French police officers, he shoves the officers aside and flees. He makes it out of the casino, and across traffic to his car, but the officers are nowhere to be seen, even after the car crash on the front stairs of the casino.
Note: this may only apply to the re-edited 2-episode syndicated version as the reviewer has not seen the original TV movie. During at least 2 early scenes - the briefing aboard the tanker and again when Oscar briefs Steve in his office, the dialog heard does not match the mouth movements of the actors.
The film suggests that London Airport is located adjacent to a shipping port (an unlikely location for an airport in any circumstances).
While in a hotel, Steve uses the phone to call Oscar Goldman. However, he clearly asks for Oscar "Goldwin".
