- Sex scene at the 37 minutes 49 seconds into the movie, where a high school girl is implied to give a man oral sex. Sex scene ends at 38 minutes 36 seconds.
- A high school boy says to two guys, "I need some action, you know" then he starts making gestures with his body, in a sexual way. Scene is between 39-40 minutes into the movie.
- Some passionate kissing. In another scene, a high school guy makes a deal with a high school girl, to give him her panties.
- A gay guy, tries to get another man, who is straight, to have sex with him. The straight guy rejects the gay man, so nothing happens between them.
Violence & Gore

- One of the demonic nuns has it's head cut off.
- A demonic nun gets shot in the face, causing it's head to explode.
- A woman hits a few nuns and a priest and then lights the church on fire. She then shoots anyone that it still alive.
- A woman is stabbed in the heart as part of a sacrifice. This kills her and she turns into a demon.

- A man tries to knock a man unconscious by hitting him over the head three times.
- A demon attacks a woman, bitting her neck, lots of blood on her shirt. Her face is then ripped off and she becomes a demon.
- There is a fight between two humans and the demons, many of the demons killed by guns.
