- A few scenes of incestuous sex between an adult brother and sister; they both appear topless several times.
- One of the main characters is a prostitute, and she propositions men several times, though no nudity is shown. In an early scene, she is shown lying on the ground after having had intercourse with a client.
- There are a few brief scenes in which prostitutes are topless and propositioning clients.
- The brothel owners tear a prostitute's shirt, and her breasts are visible.
- There are two scenes in which someone attempts to rape the main character.
Violence & Gore

- Most of the violence is stylized, but the movie is still quite intense. Some of the scenes show a lot of blood, but the gore isn't terribly realistic. Almost the entire movie revolves around people attempting to kill other people.

- Multiple people are stabbed, limbs are hacked off, a woman is forced to have an abortion, someone is scalded with boiling water, a man falls to his death, a man is strangled with a metal wire, and there are several attempted murders.

- There are a couple of scenes where characters are involuntarily injected with drugs via a needle.
