Sinbad stabs the Rukh bird on its middle toe. In the next shot, the stick appears nailed into the center of its foot.
When Sinbad, Habeeb and their companions arrive on the uncharted "island," no scales are visible on the ground. However, when the sea monster awakes, its scales are all of a sudden clearly defined.
The "ghost" ships are first seen anchored on the shore when Sinbad and Habeeb arrive on the Cyclops's island. When the prisoners make their escape, the ships have drifted considerably into the sea.
In spite of his strength, Sinbad would have been unable to climb a rope using only one hand while holding on to Habeeb with the other. On a cliff without any potential foot support, this would defy the laws of physics.
King Jamaal's dark haired son (the first to speak) has his beard colored incorrectly for most of his screen-time; it appearing the same color as his skin and thus making it seem like he has no beard at all. It is only seen colored correctly during one shot, in which he and his brother are shaking Sinbad's hand.
When Capt. Chung asks Habeeb, "did you say Sinbad?" the latter responds by saying "that is my master's name," even though he'd acknowledged his freedom, as granted by Sinbad, moments earlier.
