- The coroner examines the cadaver of the dead woman lying on a table. We are also shown autopsy photos of a deceased man covered in cigarette burns.
- Several photographs show a man in recovery from a razorblade attack that left him with bloody incisions all across his face and body.
- A man is whacked in the face by a crutch. He is then knocked out entirely with another hit from the crutch.
- The dead body of the old lady in the apartment is discovered with a head wound.
- A woman is attacked from behind. She launches her bodyweight backwards smashing them both through a coffee table. The attacker attempts to strangle her with a telephone cord as she continues to fight back, desperately hitting him until her hand finds a large knitting needle that she jabs square into his chest... killing him.

- A small scrap occurs resulting in a man being hit several times and a teen girl launching onto the attacker's back only to be knocked back down and held at gunpoint.
- A two-man fight in a graveyard; one swings a shovel with abandon while the other dips, dives, and dodges as best he can. They trade hits, kicks, and shoves until one of them offsets the other by rubbing dirt in his eyes. Now with the upper hand and a broken part of the shovel he readies a final attack... but then chooses not.

- Several flashbacks of increasing detail reveal a man and his 8 year-old daughter being chased by the group of men from the bank heist down into the subway. His daughter hides as he is caught and threatened with a knife. The men shove him off the platform onto the subway tracks, kicking him repeatedly when he tries to climb out until he is finally struck by an oncoming train... All while his daughter was watching.
