A terrible waste of talent, Ving Rhames phones in his role as a reincarnated Marcellus Wallace as a former Reno cop seeking vengeance upon a mysterious nemesis played by Gary Oldman.

The director of this movie deserves punishing for cutting any quality acting or scenes in lieu of the final product. If the director never permitted the actors or produce quality, this is equally inexcusable.
