- The character of Nurse Edna is lusty throughout, and makes mild sexual advances toward teen male characters. At one moment it is implied she is having phone sex.
- Much of the Sexual and Nudity content featured in the PC game has been removed in the NES version.
Violence & Gore

- Cartoonish violence is implied in several instances, usually against teen characters. Various characters can meet a variety of demises including: drowning in a pool of radioactive water, murder, electrocution. The deaths do not occur on screen; they are only implied, and then a cut is shown to a tombstone. It is all very tongue-in-cheek, however.
- A possible act in the game is to microwave a hamster until it explodes. It's very humorous though and not at all graphic.
Profanity

- The PC version has words like "Ass" and "Piss" used in the game.
- The NES version has removed profanity from the game.
