- Being a horror game, it is filled with frightening and intense scenes from the start to the end. There are countless horror sequences, shock scenes and levels with scary atmospheres.
- The monsters are twisted abominations and may be disturbing.
- Not a game for those faint of heart or easily disturbed.

Violence & Gore
- In one level, set in an alternate universe, the player has to shoot the heart of a statue to proceed. Blood starts to gush out of the statue, filling the hall with a pool of blood, allowing the player to swim to the next room.
