Division of Argentinians outside their country

Any dictatorship brings about division among the people, ones in favor of the regime probably because they receive substantial benefits although some organic ones (without any benefit) favor the regime, and those, often the majority against the ruler and his government. The division exists inside and outside the country, and this is what has been shown in this film. An Argentinian consul in a nice Peruvian site, who used to help anyone from his country, no matter if the person is pro or contra the dictatorship. The plot goes further to show the difference and hate between both groups, which ends with a death of a diplomat's son in favor of the dictatorship. Interestingly, the killer got away but with the help of the consul. The plot also has some interesting aspects related to the relationship of a stepmother (married to the consul) with the daughter of the consul, and the way the first tried to approach the daughter and the scorn always answered by the latter. The film has several original life aspects and controversies shown in a very natural way.
