- The secret unlockable character Private Carrera is dressed provocatively and one of her special tricks comprises of her dancing provocatively.
- The secret unlockable character Demoness wears a skimpy dominatrix style outfit.
- The "Neversoft Girls" in the Cruise Ship level briefly have their breasts exposed. The other girls on the cruise ship also walk around in only swimsuits on.
Violence & Gore

- Bam Margera's special trick "The Jackass" involves him kicking his board into his face with some blood coming out.
- When your player falls, sometimes a lot of blood smears and you hear bones crack. Pedestrians can also sometimes knock you over.
- The secret character "X-Ray" in the Xbox version will take out his heart with some brief blood shown at the skater select menu.
Profanity

- There are several places in the soundtrack where you hear profanity has been edited out.
- Only mild words like "hell" and "crap" and the use of "bitch" can be heard very occasionally.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- The unlocksble skater "Ollie the Magic Bum" is shown as being drunk and holding a bottle of alcohol. The skate shop owner also walks around drunk when Ollie is selected.
- There's a drunk man outside the liquor store in Los Angeles. He can be seen drinking beer and sometimes going to puke.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The thin man and haunted house area of Suburbia may be a little frightening.
- The secret character Demoness may be frightening. At the select menu, she sends the skate shop worker through a hell portal, he can be heard screaming.
