Great Game of its Time
Fury903318 December 2004
When Arcade games ruled, this game was a fresh new window into something not many games at the time dove into. Other than the Starwars game, Star Trek game was something else.

This game was using the Original Enterprise as it was seen in ST2. Mission was simple, to hunt down minesweeper drones or fighting off Klingons or the Romulans. Limited Warp capacity (Warp Jumps) Firing Phasers and Photon Torpedos, with actual sound effects of the show/movies. It was something to be in, specially the $.50 sitdown machines with replica of the Command Chair used by Kirk and his bridge crew. With 4 buttons, and dial to turn the ship. It was fast pace machine...specially when game started, being greeted by Spock! With a deep logical tone "Welcome aboard Captain." With its split screen viewer, tactical (overhead view in 2D Map) and the Forward view, leaving the Starbase and doing combat, missions.

If you EVER find this game, try enjoy it, its something else to use. Truly is, specially the sitdown version!
