I had the pleasure of seeing this film on the "Alberto Express" "specials" option on the DVD. It is great! I loved it! It is an inside look at the casting process, and also it is an inside look on "What is love"? And can the perfect couple be masterminded, or "casted"? Or are these things just best left naturally to happen? I think that the lead actor of this story is WONDERFUL! Who is this guy, and what is he doing now? Also, the direction is fantastic too. But what else can you expect from Arthur Joffe (Yes, I am a BIG fan of his films!) I hope that he finally will come to America one day to grace us here with his movie-making know-how! He is like the Spielberg of France, that's for sure! It is just too bad that France does not like their own French filmmakers competing with that of America's. The French snobby "cinema control" aristocracy should give this director the respect and exposure that he deserves. The sad part is that most people in America don't realize how French Cinema is controlled by a small snobby few, and dictate what gets released WELL or NOT. I thought France was a FREE country, like America?
